Responsibilities:

Supplier Handling (Supplier Control)

Member must have enough knowledge of commodities like Die casting, Forging and Machining.

Supplier Process Audit and System Audit
-
Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949
-
PPAP documents knowledge.

Problem analysis of child part & Knowledge about 8D & CAPA
-
Supplier improvement (Specially Forging and Die Casting Supplier’s)

To reduce the supplier rejection as per target.

Responsible to take immediate and permanent action on quality issue.

Power-Point and Data Representation Skill’s.
Experience: 3-5 Years
Skills:

Auditing skill (System & Process).

Good in Quality Core tools.

Good in Drawing Understanding, Lay out of parts & Feasibility study
