Job Responsibilities:
En Magna Mirrors España nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un /una SQA para nuestra planta de producción. La misión principal del puesto será: Asegurar la calidad de los productos de compras y subcontratación de los materiales de producción desde la fase de proyecto o transfer, hasta y durante fabricación de las piezas en condiciones definitivas.
Sus responsabilidades
- Contacto con proveedor para resolución de problemas
- Homologaciones de piezas de proveedor
- Análisis de las piezas rechazadas de proveedores
- Realización y gestión del incoming de Serie y de componentes de proyectos
- Seguimiento de los PPAP'S y comprobación validación de las muestras iniciales
- Definición DVP para las modificaciones RTS/EOS
- Realización de planes de rescate a proveedores estratégicos
- Realización de auditorías VDA 6.3 para nominación de nuevos proveedores

A quién buscamos
- Graduado/Graduada en Ingeniería Industrial o Similar
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia desempeñando funciones similares en el sector automoción
- Inglés Fluido
- Conocimientos de gestión de calidad y gestión de procesos: VDA 6.3
