Job Responsibilities:
En Magna Mirrors España nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil de Calidad Cliente con Inglés. La misión principal del puesto es ser responsable de gestionar y liderar las reclamaciones de cliente y sus costes relacionados, tanto en serie como en garantías. Asimismo, trabajará en el equipo de proyectos para asegurar desde calidad el correcto lanzamiento de los nuevos productos y gestión del PPAP.
Sus tareas:
Seguimiento y liderazgo del análisis de las reclamaciones de cliente con un equipo multidisciplinar (asegurar contención, 8D, revisión AMFE, etc...)
Comunicación fluida con cliente vía email, teléfono, y visitas presenciales.
Rellenar y gestionar las actividades de calidad en los cambios de proceso o producto que puedan producirse.
Revisión y validación de facturas de cliente
Trabajo en equipo para dar y recibir feedback continuo de las líneas de producción.
Gestionar y lanzar las derogaciones necesarias con cliente, así como analizar y aprobar las derogaciones internas.
Establecer y asegurar los criterios de calidad de las piezas con el equipo de SQA y Calidad producción/inyección.
A quién buscamos
  • Formación Reglada: Grado Universitario (Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de organizaciones...)
  • Experiencia Profesional: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en el sector Automoción como Calidad Cliente
  • Idiomas: Inglés Fluido Valorable francés, italiano, alemán fluido
  • Disponibilidad para viajar: aprox. 1 vez al mes
