Job Description:
As a Supplier Quality Assurance Sr. Analyst at Mars you will address non-conformances of in-bound materials in the assigned category and Mars sites. You will also execute continuous improvement projects used across the business, with the goal of improving material quality, food safety, and overall sourcing strategy reliability to ensure we provide nothing but the best quality products to our consumers.
What are we looking for?3 or more years of experience working manufacturing quality, with sound understanding of food safety and HAACP.
Advanced training in Lean principles and problem solving.
Strong understanding of supply chain with the physical capability of working in a manufacturing environment when necessary.
Ability to travel up to 50% of workdays.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
You will be the primary interface between our supply chain and our suppliers regarding all quality matters.
Driving a culture that is rooted heavily in Lean principles and applying the associated problem-solving methodology across the manufacturing network.
Develop and execute strategies to improve quality across the sites.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
