- 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, preferably within an Agile development environment.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., TestRail) and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and their respective QA processes.
- Experience in different types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of identifying subtle defects or inconsistencies in software behavior.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate testing results, challenges, and insights effectively within a cross-functional team.
- A proactive attitude towards collaboration and problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality products within set timelines.
- Good in Calculations and Stats Verification.
