Responsibilities:Follow up of APQP for new components
Product and process validation and approval of new components and engineering changes
Perform R@R at supplier for critical launches.
Definition of incoming inspection plans and follow up of supplier Early Production Containment.
Follow-up derogations requested by suppliers
Implement activities with suppliers to ensure that Vibracoustic specifications and procedures are fully accomplished and quality of components is guaranteed
Issue complaints and follow up problem solving activities with supplier to ensure the implementation of containment activities and corrective and preventive acions in case of quality deviations.
Ensure the recovery in case of costs incurred by suppliers.
Develop and support suppliers
Schedule, plan and perform process audits in supplier when required
Qualifications:University degree education or equivalent in Engineering. Specialization in Mechanics or Organization preferred.
Experience in Supplier Quality Assurance in the automotive industry.
