SPS Programmierer Automatisierungstechnik (m/w/d)

Wir – Ritter, part of Avantor - suchen einen engagierten SPS Programmierer für die Automatisierungstechnik (m/w/d). Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Vollzeitstelle in Schwabmünchen.

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik, idealerweise im Bereich Kunststoffspritzguss

• Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung (z.B. Siemens S7, TIA Portal)

• Kenntnisse in SPS-Steuerungen, Antriebstechnik, Schaltschrankelektrik, Sicherheitstechnik und Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen

• Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Fehlerdiagnose an Produktionsanlagen

• Teamfähigkeit und eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Selbstständige Abwicklung von Projekten in Steuerungs- und Regeltechnik (Planung, Softwareentwicklung und Inbetriebnahme)

• Projektierung und Inbetriebnahme von Produktionsanlagen

• Entwicklung, Anpassung und Optimierung von SPS-Programmen und HMI-Oberflächen

• Visualisierung, Dokumentation und Analyse von Abläufen

• Planung und Inbetriebnahme neuer technischer Anlagen sowie Fehlerdiagnose und Instandhaltung

• Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards

• Mitarbeit und Unterstützung in der Projektabteilung

• Schulung von Mitarbeitenden zu Programmen und Funktionen
