POSITION DETAILS
JOB PURPOSE
Positions and secures the foundation within the furniture frame using manual and powered tools.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Tying springs together manually specific to the 8-way method.
• Secures all components into place within the frame according to specifications using manual and powered hand tools.
• Keep work area in order and maintained for safety and efficiency.
Other duties as assigned by the Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Manufacturing Experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience in furniture manufacturing,

Less than High School

High School Diploma or Equivalent
REQUIRED SKILLS
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to safely use power and woodworking tools.
• Must be able to use arms and hands for long periods of time.
• Must be able to read an order ticket and pattern.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including the ability to describe and convey nonconformance issues are required.
• Strict attention to detail is a must.
• Must be a Team Player with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
• Must be able to work Weekends and Overtime.
• Must be reliable.
• Must have strong English language skills, including:
o Reading
o Comprehending
o Speaking
o Writing
Communication
Must be able to wear required safety PPE such as Safety Glasses and closed-toe/closed-heel shoes.
Must be able to adhere to all Safety policies and procedures to prevent injuries to yourself and others.

Timbers are either reclaimed or sustainably sourced. A Port City Called Arhus: The Danish port city Århus (pronounced ohr-HOOSE) inspired the name. John came across Arhus on a map and took an immediate liking. After a few minor modifications, “Arhaus” represented the warmth and luxury of the then (and now) home furnishings offered.
