Who We Are

Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP is the largest locally owned accounting firm in the Greater Austin area. What You’ll Be Doing
As a transaction advisory intern, you will be a key member of buy-side and sell-side deal teams, utilizing your Microsoft Excel skills to compile and analyze target company financial data.
