The Spray Technician is a critical part of our team who is responsible for:
- Safe application of liquid fertilizer and herbicides in adherence to all local and state regulations.
- Adhering to Company’s safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews.
- Setting up truck daily with all equipment needed to complete daily tasks.
- Ensuring that customers are satisfied completely through effective communication.
- Assisting with aeration and seeding during the fall.
- Supervising and planning routine on a daily basis.
Skills we’re seeking:
- 1-3 years of spray technician or similar experience is preferred.
- Management/supervisory experience is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Safety focus
- Excellent attendance record
Requirements:
- Must be CO3 certified
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check.
- Physical Requirements- Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
