Spotify Online Support Advisor with Turkish and English

Job Description

Our client helps millions of people to connect to their favorite songs and create a service that people use to discover and enjoy the music and podcasts they love!

Would you like to be a part of a team which supports one of the biggest companies, that provides legal music streaming services? You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and support the Premium users of Spotify via email and chat, on social media, and via the dedicated Spotify Community site.

What you need to have is:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent Turkish language skills (C1)
  • Advanced level of English (B2)
  • Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage
  • Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail and web-based applications)
  • Be organized, have decision-making and analytical skills
  • Readiness to work on shifts Monday to Sunday
  • Team player with a great positive attitude and strong interpersonal skill
  • High school education
