The Crown Is Yours
We are building upon our leading US sports brand with our Sportsbook Pools product! We'll be #1 in the US in this new market, and we want the best talent from day one. As a Sportsbook Pools Associate, you will play a central role in running sportsbook pools and implementing our overall pools strategy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build out our pools calendar, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from around the business to devise and execute both paid and free to play pools within the platform.
What you'll do as a Sportsbook Pools Associate
- Design pools questions and answers, using DK pools best practices, and post them on the DKSB site
- Grade pools after completion and pay out prizes to winners
- Collaborate with others on the team to manage schedules throughout the year for revenue maximization and user engagement & retention
- Ensure that pools content is presented and merchandized in a robust fashion, complementing the overall DKSB experience
- Contribute to the development of both free and paid pools overall strategy
- Work with the Customer Experience (CX) & Customer Operations Teams to both proactively and retroactively diagnose and solve pools-related questions from our customers
- Shifts for this position will regularly include weekend and off-hour work
What you'll bring

- Broad sports calendar knowledge and awareness of all major events throughout the year
- You should be excited about working with the team to grow the business--you'll bring energy, ideas, and resilience.
- Well organized and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
- Ability to successfully work with third parties and understand external customer relationships
- Data-driven and strategic thinker with an understanding of US sports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and G-Suite (G-Sheets
- Proficiency in English
