As a Sports Program Manager, you'll be a vital part of our on-site team, ensuring the seamless execution and optimization of sports programs while prioritizing an unparalleled user experience.   • Program Leadership & Execution:

    • Lead the planning and execution of high-quality in-person sports events and leagues, ensuring alignment with program objectives and user satisfaction.

    • Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver seamless and engaging experiences.

    • Develop and implement standardized procedures to ensure consistent service delivery across all sports programs.

    • Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial accountability.

  • Operational Excellence & User Experience:

    • Maintain meticulous organizational systems to ensure efficient program execution and timely completion of tasks.

    • Partner with Community and Events Managers to support ongoing community initiatives and foster a vibrant sports culture.

    • Continuously gather user feedback and insights to identify areas for program improvement and innovation.

    • Ensure all programs adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, measure impact, and inform strategic decisions.

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report insights to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement.

    • Utilize data to optimize program effectiveness and enhance the user experience.

  • Problem Solving & Risk Management:

    • Proactively identify and address potential challenges, navigating shifting priorities and ambiguity with confidence.

    • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure program continuity and minimize disruptions.

    • Serve as the first point of contact for issue resolution, escalating complex issues as needed.

    • Make sound decisions based on available information.

  • Communication & Collaboration:

    • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and community groups, tailoring your approach to different audiences.

    • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, building consensus and driving collaboration.

    • Clearly articulate complex concepts and strategies, ensuring alignment and understanding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in program management, preferably within a sports environment.

  • Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.

  • Ability to work on-site 3-5 days per week.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

  • Demonstrated experience in data and metric tracking for KPI monitoring and reporting.

  • Experience in community programming and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $65,000/year to $90,000/year. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.  Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
