The Sports Events Manager designs and executes an efficient national event program on a highly professional level. He/she is one of the most important drivers of innovation and creativity in our events and athletes’ projects. Innovation is priority, followed by excellent and efficient execution.
In addition, he/she leverages global/international Red Bull content in sport scenes and supports interesting 3rd party projects with an approach aligned with Red Bull.
Job DescriptionCreate National Event Programs
Create/improve an innovative and outstanding national event program by inventing and executing new sports events and athlete projects.
These are highly relevant for regional and national consumer groups, offer personal experiences to participants and spectators, and create unique media content.
Event Organization
Organize Red Bull events/projects of all scales with strong focus on participants, spectators and media while assuring top quality and efficiency.
Brief and supervise suitable partners (freelancer/event agency/Field Marketing Manager or Student Marketeers and Brand Manager) to follow Red Bull principles and needs and objectives from communications, legal, finance and sales.
Budget and brand appearance responsibility for all national event activities according to international benchmarks and guidelines.
Assure external partner contribution for defined projects assuring a high level of efficiency.
QualificationsAt least 3+ years of experience in events planning & execution.
Has a passion for Red Bull and sports.
Fit for outdoor work.
Ability to plan, design, organize, and execute events and projects of all scales.
Ability to lead project teams and follow a 360-degree marketing and organizational approach.
Leadership, innovation and teamwork.
