The Role

Wanted: A CRM specialist who speaks fluent "Sports."

We need a proactive Sports CRM Executive to take ownership of our daily communications. This isn't a role for the sidelines; you'll be writing sharp copy, requesting bold creatives, and executing multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, On-site) that resonate with our audience. If you have the tactical mindset to plan campaigns and the "doer" attitude to hit 'send' on a flawless execution, we want to hear from you.


Following the brand values, tone of voice and long-term strategy in all communication is of the essence in this role.

You’re a great match for this role if you:

  • Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Marketing mindset and analytical traits
  • Passionate and interested in Sports
  • Methodical and structured
  • Social and loves working in multi-cultural environment
  • Likes sport, casino, live casino or other type of games.
  • Experience in the gaming industry, particularly in CRM is desired, but not a must.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting the CRM team with creating and executing the monthly CRM campaign plan as well as following up on results independently and together with the BI team.
  • Creating and publishing engaging Sport copy according to the brand's tone of voice. The copy will be used for customer communication (onsite content, emails, SMS etc) to encourage new and existing players to engage with the site and take part in promotions.
  • Utilizing internal and third-party provider platforms to create campaign-specific pages and promotions. Ensure correct groups/segments/offers are used, that correct sections of the website are updated and that items are published/unpublished as per plans.
  • Managing and executing the brands’ communication delivery, accurately and as per given timelines. Responsibilities will include setting up, testing, sending, tracking and reporting on email, SMS, inbox & pop-ups.
  • Setting up and execution of automated activities (all lifecycle stages)
  • Assisting in the execution and delivery of key CRM projects.
  • Establishing solid communication channels to central operations to inform them about planned campaigns to ensure synergy and transparency.
