As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a highly driven Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager to help build, manage and grow strategic partnerships across Livespot’s properties, projects and experiences.


Role Overview

The Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager will support the development, management and delivery of sponsorship and partnership opportunities across Livespot’s portfolio.

This role will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, developing compelling partnership proposals, negotiating and coordinating sponsor benefits, tracking fulfilment, supporting reporting and helping convert strong relationships into long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, highly organised, relationship-driven and comfortable working across events, entertainment, media, culture and brand partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship Pipeline & Business Development

  • Identify, research and develop prospective sponsors, brand partners and institutional partners.
  • Build and maintain an active sponsorship pipeline across Livespot properties, events, festivals, content and experiences.
  • Lead outreach to potential partners and convert opportunities from interest to proposal to signed partnership.
  • Track pipeline status, follow-ups, next steps and conversion progress.

Proposal Development & Partnership Packaging

  • Develop value propositions, sponsorship proposals, pitch decks and partnership packages.
  • Work with internal teams to create sponsorable assets, benefits, rights inventories and branded opportunities.
  • Ensure proposals are commercially compelling, creatively strong and operationally deliverable.
  • Tailor partnership opportunities to match sponsor objectives, audience priorities and brand goals.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Manage day-to-day communication with sponsors and partners.
  • Build strong working relationships with brand teams, agencies, corporate partners and institutional stakeholders.
  • Ensure partners feel informed, valued and professionally serviced throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Support renewal conversations by maintaining consistent partner engagement before, during and after projects.

Sponsorship Activation & Fulfilment

  • Coordinate sponsor deliverables across relevant Livespot teams and projects.
  • Work closely with production, experiences, marketing, creative, client growth and operations teams to ensure sponsor benefits are delivered accurately.
  • Track all sponsor obligations, deadlines, approvals, assets, branding requirements and fulfilment commitments.
  • Escalate risks early where sponsor benefits may be delayed, unclear or difficult to deliver.

 Reporting, Measurement & Renewal

  • Support post-event and post-campaign sponsor reports.
  • Gather relevant performance data, images, videos, audience insights, media coverage and activation evidence.
  • Help turn sponsor outcomes into clear, professional reports that support satisfaction and renewal.
  • Maintain renewal trackers and recommend upsell opportunities where appropriate.

 Internal Coordination

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure sponsorship promises match operational realities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and communications on sponsor announcements, visibility and content needs.
  • Liaise with legal, finance and leadership where contracts, approvals, pricing or rights issues require escalation.
  • Maintain clean documentation, trackers, reports and action logs.

  • Sponsor proposals are professional, timely and commercially compelling.
  • Sponsor deliverables are tracked clearly and fulfilled accurately.
  • Partners receive strong communication and high-quality reporting.

  • Livespot becomes known for delivering measurable sponsor value, not just visibility.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, brand activation, business development, experiential marketing, media, entertainment or related commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of brand partnerships, sponsorship packages, rights, benefits delivery.
  • Experience developing proposals, pitch decks, reports or partner-facing commercial materials.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong project coordination and follow-through.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams, timelines and stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and good judgement.
  • Strong writing, presentation and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative, entertainment or live events environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in events, festivals, entertainment, media, culture, lifestyle, sports, fashion, music or experiential marketing.
  • Existing relationships with brands, agencies, sponsors or corporate decision-makers.
  • Experience supporting sponsor reporting, audience measurement or post-campaign evaluation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline trackers, presentation tools and reporting dashboards.

Lagos, Nigeria; including other locations as required.  


 

Office Hours:

08.00 to 17.00 Mondays to Fridays

Skills Required
