Coordinate with insurance companies and district teams to achieve business targets. Support policy issuance, endorsements, claims, and complex customer queries across life, general, cattle, and PMFBY insurance. Track team performance through MIS reporting, monitor targets versus achievements, resolve policy-related issues, and drive completion of assigned state or head-office targets.

complete the entire insurance target.

- MIS: tracking & monitoring the target vs achievement of the team business
and drive to complete the target.
