Daily Responsibilities:
- Setup and run the machine with maximum efficiency and productivity
- Operate large machinery while sitting majority of time
- Run production drills by large quantity
- Use provided measuring tools to check work and ensure tolerance is adhered to
- Meet daily deadlines for group goal
- Set machine for splitting different types of drills
- Clean up designated work area for next shift
- Report any problems with machines to Shift Supervisor
Physical Requirements:
- 100% standing/sitting (employees preference)
- Lifting up to 25 lbs
- Pushing and pulling of drills into machine slot
- Use hands and feet repeatedly for same type of motion
- Bending, reaching, and knelling when cleaning
