Position Responsibilities:
- Apply business and management principles to deploy tools and processes in compliance with customer, company and regulatory requirements including control of product configuration, management of product configuration information, and maintenance of configuration accountability records
- Implement, plan, and manage changes to product configurations and product configuration information
- Audit detailed work statements and develop associated project files
- Responsible for the development and documentation of functional processes related to change
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet technical goals and objectives
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and status for intervention and problem solving with functional and program stakeholders
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access (for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship)
- 3+ years of related Project Management and/or Program Management experience
- Successful candidates must be able to secure program access approval
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- SAP experience
- Knowledge of BCCM and application of Program Management best practices
- Strong computer skills/ proficiency required with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously (i.e. coordination, status and performance to plan)
- Experience with cross-functional coordination and leadership to achieve project goals

Summary Pay Range: $60,200 - $92,300
