Opis stanowiska

Specjalista ds. Sprzedaży odpowiada za sprawną i efektywną realizację procesów obsługi klientów, od momentu przyjęcia zamówienia aż do dostarczenia produktu do klienta. Osoba na tym stanowisku dba o wysoką jakość obsługi, terminowość realizacji zamówień oraz budowanie pozytywnych relacji z klientami, wspierając jednocześnie realizację celów biznesowych firmy.

Stanowisko pełni rolę łącznika pomiędzy działem sprzedaży, klientami oraz działem finansowo-księgowym. Współpracując z przełożonym, koordynuje przepływ informacji i procesów handlowych, zapewniając sprawną realizację zamówień oraz szybkie reagowanie na potrzeby klientów.

Praca stacjonarna w Kalwarii Zebrzydowskiej, godziny pracy: poniedziałek-piątek, 8:00-16:00.

Responsibilities
 

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Kompleksowa obsługa zamówień klientów, krajowych i eksportowych. od momentu ich przyjęcia do dostawy,

  • Bieżąca współpraca z klientami, zespołem handlowym oraz działem finansowo-księgowym.

  • Koordynowanie przepływu informacji i procesów handlowych związanych z realizacją zamówień.

  • Monitorowanie terminowości dostaw oraz szybkie reagowanie na pojawiające się wyzwania.

  • Realizacja przesunięć magazynowych oraz kontrola dostępności towarów.

  • Obsługa reklamacji, zgłoszeń klientów oraz procesów korekt. 

Qualifications

 

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie minimum średnie.
  • Doświadczenie w obszarze obsługi klienta lub wsparcia sprzedaży.
  • Znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office.
  • Znajomość systemów ERP będzie dodatkowym atutem.
  • Umiejętność budowania relacji i efektywnej współpracy w zespole.
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej oraz samodzielność w działaniu.
  • Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu i skutecznego ustalania priorytetów.
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Proaktywne podejście, energia do działania i zaangażowanie w realizację powierzonych zadań.
