Zakres obowiązków:
Składanie zamówień u dostawców krajowych i zagranicznych zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem produkcyjnym i planem zakupów.
Monitorowanie statusu realizacji zamówień oraz nadzorowanie terminowości dostaw.
Utrzymywanie stałego kontaktu z dostawcami w celu bieżącego rozwiązywania problemów logistycznych i zakupowych.
Koordynowanie działań związanych z opóźnieniami, brakami, zamiennikami komponentów oraz innymi zakłóceniami w łańcuchu dostaw.
Ścisła współpraca z działem planowania produkcji, magazynem i jakością w celu zapewnienia ciągłości produkcji.
Monitorowanie stanów magazynowych, analiza zapasów oraz przygotowywanie raportów i prognoz zakupowych.
Weryfikacja dokumentacji zakupowej i dbanie o jej zgodność z procedurami wewnętrznymi i wymaganiami klientów.
Identyfikowanie możliwości optymalizacji kosztów i czasu dostaw.
Udział w projektach usprawniających procesy zakupowe i logistyczne.
Wymagania:
Wykształcenie wyższe (lub w trakcie studiów) – preferowane kierunki logistyczne, techniczne lub pokrewne.
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie (codzienna współpraca z dostawcami zagranicznymi).
Znajomość procesów logistycznych i zakupowych w środowisku produkcyjnym.
Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności Excel.
Umiejętność obsługi systemu ERP – mile widziana znajomość SAP.
Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku będzie dodatkowym atutem.
