Summary
Responsible for coordinating and managing scheduling for Gastroenterology, General Surgery, and Family Medicine providers performing screening colonoscopies and EGDs.
Collaborates closely with physicians and departmental leadership to maintain efficient, thorough, and full optimized schedules.
Ensures adherence to patient safety standards and supports implementation of safety protocols.
Demonstrated a commitment to Family-Centered Care by fostering positive interactions with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Schedule
Full-time | 64 hours per two weeks
Weekdays, 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Pay and Benefits
Starting pay begins at $18.40 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
Pay range: $18.40-$27.61 per hour.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Post high school secretarial training preferred.
- Min of one year of experience working with EPIC in a clinic setting preferred.
- Min of one year of experience with procedure scheduling or referrals.
- Min of one year of customer service and Microsoft Office experience.
- Must demonstrate excellent communicative skills.
