Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct specialty pharmacy operations, ensuring timely access to complex and high-cost therapies
- Lead and develop specialty pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, liaisons, and support teams
- Oversee payer access, prior authorization, and reimbursement workflows, optimizing time-to-therapy
- Ensure compliance with accreditation, REMS, and regulatory requirements, including documentation and audits
- Monitor clinical, financial, and operational performance metrics, driving quality and outcomes improvement
- Collaborate with providers, manufacturers, and health system partners to support therapy access and care coordination
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives, supporting program growth, patient access, and sustainability
