  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, legal, and product teams to deliver customized deposit solutions.
  • Monitor account activity for compliance with bank policies, fiduciary responsibilities, and regulatory standards, particularly those relevant to court-supervised accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to expand specialty deposit services within target sectors and cross-sell additional banking products that support client operations and growth.
  • Prepare reports on portfolio performance, client activity, and market trends within the title, bankruptcy, legal, and real estate management industries to inform strategic planning and risk oversight.
  • Represent Piermont Bank at industry events, legal and real estate forums, and networking functions to enhance visibility, strengthen referral networks, and attract new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking.
  • Proven sales track record in generating deposit growth.
  • Strong business development skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in working with commercial businesses.
  • Ability to form effective relationships and achieve influence with senior-level personnel in an organization.
  • Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
