The Role:
Our Material Solutions business, a division of Entegris, is seeking a Specialty Coatings Sales Coordinator to work onsite at our Bedford, Massachusetts location who will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Sales in driving/communicating with customers to support the Electrostatic Chucks (ESC) and coatings tactical issues, communicating with appropriate Business Units, and overall support of the OEM Account Management organization.
What You'll Do:
- Provide a high level of Customer Satisfaction
- Gain an understanding of Electrostatic Chucks and coatings business
- Develop relationships with key contacts within the assigned customer base
- Responsible to support, track, follow-up, and interface with customers on tactical Issues
- Communicate and develop positive relationships with the Business Unit to support customers
- Provide first line of escalation for delivery issues
- Work cross-functionally with support teams such as Customer Service, Planning, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Finance, etc. to ensure support to accounts is effectively provided
- Communicates orders and expedites order statuses to customers
- When and where appropriate, aid in the improvement of systems and workflow of specialty coating orders
- Participate in Regional/Global Sales meetings as requested
- Support the Account Management team as requested
What We Seek:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science with experience in the semiconductor industry preferred
- 5+ years of sales coordination experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work onsite at our Bedford, MA factory
- Solution driven. Problem solver. Customer satisfaction and revenue-focused Blend of Customer Service and Sales planning experience
- Desire to progress from Sales Coordinator to Account Manager
- Ability to travel up to 10% to build customer trust and relationships
Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
- Versatile in SAP and manufacturing workflow processes a plus
