As a Specialty 3D Digital Software Developer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Contributing to the technology roadmap and strategic planning for digital systems technologies and platforms.

• Specifying, designing, and leading the development of state-of-the-art software

technology platforms utilizing Microsoft and Cloud technologies for the use in the dental and healthcare market globally.

• Being an active member of high performing software development and systems engineering teams in an agile environment.

• Contributing to and influencing cross-functional teams with customers to identify opportunities and integrate with newly emerging technologies across Solventum.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4 years of relevant job experience

OR

• High School Diploma/GED AND 8 years of relevant job experience

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Experience developing commercial web applications in a Microsoft environment in a private, public, government or military environment

• Experience with Javascript / Typescript

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Ten (10+) years of developing commercial web applications in a Microsoft environment in a private, public, government or military environment

• Ability to lead the design and optimization of cloud architectures and infrastructure for elasticity and scalability

• Proven experience with Javascript / Typescript and 3D scene graphs

• Proven experience in Angular / Vue

Solid foundations in linear algebra, 3D geometry and coordinate spaces

• Experience with web technologies including: Dom manipulation, HTML5, css, REST API’s and HTML canvases

• Experience with Microsoft Azure development

• Experience with Microsoft SQL or similar development experience

• Experience creating custom front end UI components

• Lead AI initiatives such as leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to expedite requirements analysis, technical design, code development, documentation, testing, integration troubleshooting, and operational support activities

• Experience with regulatory processes, quality systems and FDA requirements.

• Demonstrated skills in software engineering methodology including documentation, configuration management, verification and validation, and commercialization.

• Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills, systems thinker, results driven, self- motivated, team skills, ability to work independently and with distributed teams.

• Experience developing commercial computer systems products, including sophisticated software applications and/or network solutions; working with product management, trainers, customers and end users.

• Established track record of working in all stages of global product development from prototype to successful commercial product launch.

• Proven track record of learning and adapting to new technology

• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines

• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $142,800 - $196,350, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
