About You

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive pre-sales support for ACC and AT&T opportunities. This entry-level position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex provider systems, terminology, and processes. You will serve as a critical bridge between AppDirect Advisors, providers, and internal teams while mastering the intricate language, acronyms, and multiple systems that define the ACC/AT&T environment. Success in this position requires adaptability to apply learned information to similar but varied situations across diverse customer scenarios.

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

  • Provide pre-sales support for new and existing ACC/AT&T opportunities including detailed serviceability research and quoting
  • Generate accurate contracts and documentation while navigating complex ACC/AT&T terminology and requirements
  • Submit and track orders through multiple ACC/AT&T provider systems with meticulous attention to detail
  • Process and resolve billing tickets requiring careful analysis and provider-specific knowledge
  • Interface directly with AppDirect Advisors to support their customer success initiatives with ACC/AT&T services
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams including Order Processing, Project Coordination, and Billing
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in AppDirect CRM systems ensuring data integrity

What we’re looking for

  • Telecommunications industry experience, ACC/AT&T highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred; ability to learn multiple complex systems quickly
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with precision in technical details
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple systems and processes simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage complex, multi-step processes accurately
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to learn and apply complex terminology and acronyms
