Specialized Analytics Senior Group Manager

Citibank, N.A.  seeks a Specialized Analytics Senior Group Manager for its Atlanta, GA location.

Duties: Work with large and complex internal and external data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies. Coordinate complex, critical, and large professional disciplinary areas. Deliver a full range of services to one or more businesses and geographic regions. Coordinate resources, policy formulation, and planning. Involved in short - to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Identify and compile data sets using a variety of tools including SAS, SQL, Tableau, Excel, and Access to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business to business outcomes. Document data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, and exploratory data analysis, which may include utilizing statistical models, algorithms, and data visualization techniques. Improve analytical capabilities across digital, POS, products, marketing, and customer experiences across iconic retail partners. Produce sophisticated business analysis and provide strategic business guidance to drive digital, Point of Sales growth, and new accounts for retail credit card portfolios by influencing retail partners to enhance integration through customer journeys. Leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence to identify underlying drivers of consumer shopping journeys and behaviours to help key points of retail integration. Design next generation KPIs that summarize and inform both expense and revenue opportunities. Work with Marketing, Finance, and Risk teams to optimize, enhance, and expand programs to drive digital sales penetration and digital application efficiency relative to retail transactions. Provide forecasting and goal-setting models interacting with FP&A, Digital, Partner Management, and emerging business teams. Create data strategies that include collection and organization of digital and analog assets, as well as identify new sources of data that can enrich traditional and cutting-edge AI Data Sciences. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field, and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a related quantitative occupation performing data analytics. Ten (10) years of experience must include: Working with SAS EM, Excel, Tableau, and Structured Query Language (SQL) to harness raw data, generate insights, and help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business outcomes; Querying, processing, manipulating, and transforming financial markets-related data from large and complex databases using SQL/SAS to perform business analytics; Conducting web analytics including mining, retrieving, and monitoring data from websites using applications and tools including Adobe analytics; Developing database marketing and targeting strategy through analytics techniques including response modeling, customer lifetime value modeling, and integrating a targeting engine using SAS EM and SQL; Applying data science and statistical methods including feature importance, timeseries analysis, clustering, simulation, logistic regression, supervised and unsupervised learning, and principal component analysis using SAS EM/SQL; and Developing automated tools and end-user applications to visualize analytics using Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) or Tableau. 40 hrs./wk.
