This individual will be instrumental in providing value-add analytical insights, as well as liaising with the broader Wealth Data Analytics and Innovation (DAI) organization to help the business achieve its ambitious goals.

This role will lead a talented team of professionals, transforming complex financial and investment data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, excellent people management skills as a player-coach and a proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing coaching/mentorship, training, performance feedback, and guidance
Develop and implement analytics strategies and frameworks that align with the objectives of the NAM Citigold business
Analyze complex data sets related to product penetration, client segments, revenue, market trends, and business performance
Transform analytical insights into clear, concise, and compelling narratives to drive strategic decisions
Effectively communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders through presentations and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Products, Finance, Digital and technology to optimize analytics processes and insights delivery
Continuously identify areas for improvement in data collection, analysis methodologies, reporting processes, and visualization tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
10+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in wealth management, financial services, or investment management
Proven leadership and people management skills, including team development and performance management
Expertise in SQL, Python, Excel; proficiency with additional analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar
Exceptional storytelling ability to translate data analysis into impactful presentations and insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presenting findings to senior management and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
