Sous la supervision des Services Internes, le spécialiste aux opérations effectue de manière autonome diverses tâches départementales.

Responsabilités :

  • Servir les clients internes
  • Trier et distribuer le courrier à chaque étage
  • Préparer et distribuer les fournitures de bureau
  • Imprimer divers types de documents sur des imprimantes multifonctions
  • Utiliser le scanner pour stocker des documents
  • Utiliser la machine à plier et la machine à affranchir
  • Préparer des documents pour des envois en masse
  • Tenir à jour l'inventaire de la papeterie et des fournitures de bureau
  • Organiser et suivre les livraisons envoyées par courrier
  • Aider à maintenir les locaux propres et désinfectés
  • Toutes autres tâches requises dans l'exécution de ces fonctions
  • Aider à la réception téléphonique
  • Gérer le traitement des factures fournisseurs
  • Entretien de l'espace café
  • Aider le service traiteur

Pour réussir dans le poste de spécialiste aux opérations, vous devez posséder les compétences et qualifications suivantes :

  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
  • Maîtrise du traitement de texte et de l'utilisation d'Excel
  • Familiarité avec les logiciels de traitement d'images, un atout
  • Capacité à utiliser diverses plateformes et applications courantes
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et excellent esprit d'équipe
  • Enthousiaste, facile à vivre et très responsable
  • Proactif, professionnel et diplomate
  • Très adaptable et capable de travailler sous pression
  • Flexible et prêt à ajuster son propre emploi du temps si nécessaire
  • Versatilité et capacité à s'adapter au changement
  • Solide capacité à gérer les priorités, travailler rapidement et respecter des délais serrés
  • Capacité à se déplacer d'un étage à l'autre et à travailler debout
  • Disponible pour travailler chez Solutions Telus Santé
  • Capable de manipuler des boîtes pouvant peser jusqu'à 20 livres
  • Le bilinguisme est un atout
