We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist to join our Cash and Payments Team within UK Trustee & Depositary. This role is located in Edinburgh.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Perform reconciliations and verify exceptions, log, track, and support timely resolution.
Ownership and management of internal and external queries.
Execute routine oversight checks on fund against documented procedures and control frameworks.
Collaborate across locations ensuring timely and accurate completion of end-to-end processes.
Support change initiatives, including regulatory changes, new fund launches, client onboarding and other fund changes.
Identify opportunities to streamline or automate controls and workflows; contribute to change initiatives and testing.
Engage in ongoing learning aligned to BNY’s principles and team standards.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Experience within Trustee and Depositary, Fund Administration or Asset Servicing
Knowledge of FCA, CASS UCITS and AIFMD regulatory requirements
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through exceptions logically
Awareness and understanding of control frameworks
Good communication skills
