Job DescriptionTo support a positive workforce experience for Group CoEs/designated business units/corporate functions/geographies, by facilitating learning programmes to address requirements. Partner with stakeholders to understand learner needs & deliver data-driven insights, pertinent to the CoE, for decision making. Interpret current requirements & shifts in CoE practice, implementing end-to-end, standard learning solutions, prioritising & ensuring alignment of CoE initiatives whilst addressing needs.
