 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Claims Administration management team to identify training needs and develop effective training strategies.
  • Conduct onboarding training for new hires and ensure a smooth integration into the department's workflows and processes.
  • Provide ongoing training and continuous education for existing claims administration staff to improve their skills, productivity, and overall performance.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions through various methods, including classroom-style instruction, webinars, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from trainees and supervisors to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials and information.
  • Maintain and update training records, track employee progress, and prepare reports for management on training outcomes.
  • Assist in the development of e-learning modules and other technology-based training solutions to enhance accessibility and scalability of training programs.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to claims administration, providing training insights and support as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and recommendations from leadership.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Training Specialist, ideally in the insurance or claims administration industry.
  • Solid understanding of claims administration processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training to individuals and groups of various sizes.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Technologically savvy with experience in using e-learning platforms and multimedia tools.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of assessing training needs and measuring training effectiveness through key performance indicators.
  • Adaptable and proactive with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for conducting on-site training sessions (if required).
