About the role

This role is designed for someone early in their Rewards career who wants to build deep expertise across compensation, benefits, and Rewards communications. You will work closely with the Rewards Partner to support the design, execution, and communication of Total Rewards programs across the organization. You will be the conduit between strategy and execution — owning communication, enabling change, conducting market research, and supporting large Rewards projects.

Responsibilities

    • Own the end-to-end communication strategy for all Rewards programs — including compensation cycles, benefits launches and initiatives, policy updates, and wellness initiatives

    • Build communication toolkits, FAQs, presentation decks, manager guides, and explainer materials to drive awareness and understanding of Rewards programs

    • Translate complex Rewards frameworks, pay philosophies, and policy changes into simple, engaging, and accessible content for employees, managers, and leadership

    • Partner with People Success and Internal Comms teams to ensure timely, consistent, and impactful delivery of Rewards messaging across all channels

    • Support change management planning for any major Rewards transformation (e.g., new comp structures, benefits redesign, appraisal process changes) — including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and rollout plans

    • Gather employee and manager feedback post-communication to assess effectiveness and continuously improve messaging strategies

    • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive benchmarking across compensation, benefits, and wellness practices — with a focus on tech, fintech, and enterpise and solutioning sector

    • Support the Rewards Partner in annual and ad hoc salary benchmarking exercises using survey data (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Korn Ferry)

    • Track industry trends in total rewards, variable pay, equity, and benefits — synthesizing insights into actionable briefs for the Rewards team and leadership

    • Build and maintain a research repository covering pay trends, competitor benefits practices, and regulatory updates across India, the US, and UAE

    • Analyze internal compensation data to identify patterns, anomalies, and equity gaps, and present findings with clear narrative and recommendations

Skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills — ability to simplify complex topics and tailor messaging for different audiences (employees, managers, executives)

    • Foundational understanding of compensation and benefits concepts — pay structures, benchmarking, variable pay, wellness programs

    • Analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to HR analytics tools is a plus

    • Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

    • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

    • Change management awareness — understanding of how to help people navigate organizational or program changes

    • Curiosity and innovation — you look at what others are doing and constantly ask "how can we do this better?

    • Ability to document, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    • High integrity and trustworthiness — ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA in HR
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Total Rewards is preferred.

  • Hands-on exposure to HRIS, compensation benchmarking/survey platforms, and HR analytics tools is an added advantage.

  • Experience or academic exposure to project management, stakeholder communications, or change management is a strong plus.

  • Prior experience in the Technology, FinTech, SaaS, or BFSI industry is preferred, though candidates from other industries with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
