Role Summary

Specializes is supporting and resolving customers encountering problems using company's products such as concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. Reports new or recurring problems to design departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to explain 4G/3G/2G Core (Voice Core & Packet Core), VoLTE/VolTE, solutions and architectural changes to global telecom customer teams
  • LLD and HLD designing for VolTE and related IMS network
  • Ensuring smooth VolTE operations and effective customer management
  • Troubleshooting of E2E network issues & coordination with all stakeholders
  • Subject matter expert (SME) for Core Network functions & should have experience on followings technologies/products:
  • Architect for VolTE
  • Voice Core # IMS/ VoLTE (CFX, TAS), SBC, MRF, DRA
  • 3G Core (MSS, MGW)
  • Mobile core technologies, including 3gpp, IMS Virtualization, M2M and LTE is helpful
  • Awareness of telecom evolution topics Cloudification, VMware, OpenStack, Containerization, ZTS
  • Candidate shall have working experience in VolTE including GSM/4G mobile core network/switching of any vendor.
  • -Trace analysis skills of network interface Gb,RANAP,Gr,GTP,S1-MME,S6a,S5-S8,S13,S11,S10,Gx,Gy,Rx,Gm etc.
  • Will be responsible for direct contribution to customer offers/bid technical solutions writing, reviewing own & attached team members deliverables.
  • Must have Shell Scripting & Linux experience
  • Expert in own product/solution area. Responsible for reviewing own and peer's work.
  • Responsible for providing end to end support in MS Operation work.
  • Ready to work in shift and different time zone based on requirements.
  • Knowledge about Cloud, VMware, Front End Containerization, SME Core Network, OpenStack

Job Requirements

  • Essential: 
  • Minimum of 8-15 years' experience in using relevant networking protocols
  • Bachelor / Master's degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience as an IMS SME for VolTE or related experience
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written
  • Other languages are of advantage Desirable Professional background Areas

  • Six Sigma or Total Quality Management certification a plus
