Talent Development Specialist

Join our team! Design, lead or assist in shaping and implementing the Talent & Development agenda on a particular medium scale project, through exceptional project management, flawless execution, and a continuous process improvement mentality. This role would also be 1st point of contact on talent initiatives being driven by the incumbent and provide consultancy to all stakeholders on that project/subject matter.
About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Talent Development Specialist, you will:
- Coordinate development activities for the Latin America region, including career development, performance management and training programs. Ensure successful execution and alignment with the company’s strategies and culture.
- Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at organizational culture and skill enhancement.
- Promote awareness of Talent Development programs and solutions within the company. Collaborate with HR partners and business units to educate employees about annual processes and programs through strategic communication.
- Use internal and external data to provide analyses that support leadership in optimizing the Talent Development function and improving organizational performance.
- Operate in a matrixed environment, interacting with various stakeholders and teams, representing the department and the Latin America region in key projects.
About you:
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:
- Proven experience in designing and facilitating trainings, with the ability to create and deliver effective materials and content.
- Ability to convey ideas both verbally and visually, engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Skill in managing program and initiative information and data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to navigate strategic discussions and execute necessary actions to achieve set objectives.
- Advanced fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
