Position Summary:

The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles, including niche and critical positions. This role drives strategic sourcing initiatives, ensures process discipline, and delivers a positive candidate experience while aligning with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for assigned requisitions.
  • Strategic Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and academic partnerships.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, timelines, and selection criteria.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain timely communication and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Data & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for workforce planning and process improvement.
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s talent brand and market presence.
  • Compliance & Process Discipline: Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume or specialized hiring environments.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and recommend improvements
