Role Description:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to join the Saks Global People Team. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, in this role, you will provide full operational support for the talent acquisition process, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of
recruitment activities. You will play a key role in optimizing recruitment processes, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), executing Talent Acquisition data requests, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.


The successful candidate should be able to prioritize and switch focus quickly to support numerous projects in a rapid-paced environment. They should possess a strong ability to “think outside of the box” and be resourceful/creative, as well have strong interpersonal and communication skills. This individual should
have the ability to stay organized and track personal projects, be a quick learner, and have the desire to continually learn, improve, and contribute to the team.


Responsibilities:


● Provide support on third party vendor relationships and associated contracts to ensure
performance metrics are appropriate and monitored
● Assist in maintaining EVP standards by providing operational support on Talent Acquisition sites and platforms (career site, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc)
● Assist with regular and ad-hoc reports, providing data on recruiting performance and metrics for
both in-house recruitment and external relationships
● Partner with People Analytics & Technology teams to track recruitment metrics, report trends, and drive performance
● Partner with People Technology on the administration and functionality of the Applicant Tracking System( Workday), Candidate Management System, and additional pieces of the TA tech stack
● Assist in the implementation of ATS updates and improvements
● Handle other assigned administrative requests and assist with special projects as needed
● Solicit feedback from the Talent Acquisition team on needs from the Recruitment Operations function (process improvements, efficiencies, etc.)
● Process all billing and invoices related to recruitment vendor relationships


Qualifications:


● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Recruitment and/or Operations)
● Workday experience is a plus
● Ability to work in an extremely fast paced, ever changing environment and pivoting based on priorities
● Possess a self-starter mentality, and takes accountability and ownership
● Experience with analyzing data through reporting is a plus
● Seeks to learn and implement best practices
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong time management skills and attention to detail
● General working knowledge of HR functional areas through prior experience or exposure
● Ability to build trusting relationships by using appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with customers and team members
