Specialist Supply Chain Management (all genders)
As a Supply Chain Specialist within a functional team you drive the operative rider gear supply process across the region consisting of 18 markets.
What to expect:

You are working on demand data analysis and provide valuable inputs to the procurement team in close collaboration with the markets.

You monitor and manage inventory levels, overseeing the ordering process to maintain optimal stock availability.

You maintain relationships with forwarders and suppliers and fulfill negotiated contracts with the focus on product quality standards.

Additionally, you support supply chain automation and digitization projects across the region and contribute to streamlining the equipment hand-over and return process.

You work closely with suppliers and local markets to improve gear quality by testing and sampling new items.

You assist in reporting rider gear-related data to finance teams and tax authorities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week), we offer a gross annual salary starting at €55,000 depending on your qualifications and experience.
Qualifications

First experience in supply chain management with strong skills in data analysis and problem-solving, always considering key supply chain principles.

Proficient in supply chain software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.

Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.

Skills in supporting projects, managing timelines and resources to achieve supply chain goals.

Detail-oriented in inventory management, documentation, compliance, and quality control.

Thrives under pressure and embraces change as an opportunity for growth.

Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.

Excellent German and English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
