This is a 12-month maternity cover position based in our Dumfries office. The role is full-time, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Specialist Success Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing support via email, phone, and live chat. You’ll manage a defined customer group, triage inbound queries, and proactively engage to ensure satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier customer support across multiple channels.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships within a defined business area.
- Triage and escalate queries to the appropriate teams.
- Keep customers informed and updated on progress.
- Identify and suggest process improvements.
- Participate in training to enhance product and business knowledge.
- Stay current with product updates and internal communications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer service or internal sales within a commercial, sales-focused environment.
- Educated to Standard Grade level or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the veterinary profession or animal health market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
