Job Summary:
Application Platform Specialist Solution Architect(App Platform SSA)チームは、Kubernetes/OpenShift、関連ツール、および各種ミドルウェアソリューション分野において深い専門知識を有し、その他の関連する技術分野についても一定の知識を備えた、経験豊富なプリセールスエンジニアを募集します。このポジションでは第一線でお客様と対話し、ビジネス課題や技術的ニーズを正しく理解した上で最適なソリューションを提示し、同時にその有効性を実証することが期待されます。これらの活動を通じてSSAは、営業チームが技術的な勝利(technical win)を獲得することを強力に主導します。
Primary Job Responsibilities:
OpenShiftおよび各種ミドルウェアを中心としたRed Hatのアプリケーション基盤製品に関する技術・知識の習得および発信
営業チームと連携し、顧客との対話を通じてビジネス課題や技術ニーズを明らかにして、Red Hatが提供する価値を提示する
製品およびソリューションに関する詳細なプレゼンテーション
カスタマイズされたデモの実施
各種ワークショップおよびPoC(概念実証)の企画・実施
RFx(提案依頼書)などの書面による提案書作成の支援
Required Skills & Experiences:
Linux、ネットワーク、ストレージ、およびコンテナの基本技術に関する深い理解
Kubernetes / OpenShift 環境におけるアーキテクチャ設計、デプロイ、運用、トラブルシューティング等の実務経験
顧客のビジネス課題をヒアリングし、技術的な価値へ翻訳して提案・合意形成ができるコミュニケーション能力
新しい技術・業務知識を積極的にキャッチアップし、自ら調べて試すマインドセット
社内の階層にとらわれずオープンに意見を交換し、個人の知見を惜しみなくチームやコミュニティと共有して、お互いの貢献を尊重しあえる姿勢
基礎的な英語力(特にリーディングとリスニング)
Preferred Skills & Experience
各種ツールを利用した、CI/CDやGitOpsなどのアプリケーション開発・運用の自動化(Platform Engineering)の実践経験
Service Mesh、Serverless、Prometheus/Grafanaなどのクラウドネイティブ環境の運用ツールの利用経験
AI/MLプラットフォームの構築や活用経験
Javaなどの開発言語を用いたアプリケーション開発や、関連するミドルウェアの利用・運用の経験
レガシーアプリケーション(Java/WebSphere/WebLogic等)からクラウドネイティブ(Quarkus/Spring Boot等)への移行・モダン化の主導経験
エッジ領域でのシステム開発や運用経験 (各種IoTシステム、IT/OT連携など)
