Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend components and APIs using.NET and C#.
Optimize SQL Server performance and manage large-scale databases.
Integrate and orchestrate microservices to enhance system modularity and scalability.
Collaborate closely with data engineering and analytics teams to support business intelligence and big data workflows.
Ensure code quality and maintainability using Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of system architecture, performance, and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in backend development using .NET / C# and SQL Server.
Strong understanding of database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Proficiency with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience (at least 2 of the following):
Revenue Management systems experience is a big plus.
Experience working with big data and data analytics.
Proven track record of optimizing SQL Server performance in large-scale systems.
Hands-on experience integrating microservices within .NET applications.
Familiarity with WinForms development.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
AWS knowledge and experience integrating AWS services into .NET applications.
Background in the airline or travel industry.
Understanding of Revenue Management principles or pricing optimization.
Experience or interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications or tools.
