Job Summary

The Specialist, Social Media Influencer is responsible to support the Brand team in building a brand tone, personality and playbook for the Papa Johns brand on social. This role is part of customer experience responsiveness as well as creative inventiveness to uncover the latest and greatest topics, trends, news mentions and creator partnerships the Brand should be pursuing.

Duties and Responsibilities (other duties as assigned)

  • Proactively monitor Facebook, IG, TikTok and X and other social media channels for customer questions, praise, feedback, and concerns
  • Oversee social media inbox to help support all Franchisee needs
  • Work within social media management tools to identify, tag, respond and triage issues; effectively utilizes tools provided and analytical skill set to determine the next plan of action
  • Engage with customers on social media sites with appropriate responses based on company policies; develop a friendly rapport with customers; monitor and track negative posts and respond appropriately
  • Supports team in the development of the social media, cultural and creator playbooks
  • Forges and fosters relationships with content creators to extend brand content opportunities
  • Partners with Social Media Manager on weekly cultural digs to uncover popular trends where the brand should be participating
  • Partner with Social Media Manager to create an influencer strategy unique to the Papa Johns brand
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns as part of key period promotional windows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extend creative campaign ideas across social channels and in partnership with creator relationships
  • Stay current on social media and creator trends and provide recommendations on approaches to improve customer care
  • Escalate urgent matters of concern to Social Media Supervisor, Public Relations team, and leadership as needed
  • Analyze social campaign performance to make social media and creator programs more efficient
