Fund Management & Strategy: Develop and manage the annual budget for the SIM Impact Find and initiatives, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources. Monitor the allocation of funds, ensuring disbursement according to approved budgets and in line with program objectives. Track impact and report on key metrics of all funded initiatives. Contribute to the strategic development of the Fund’s goals, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and priorities.

Program Execution: Oversee initiatives to ensure they are implemented smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

Communications & Reporting: Collect and analyse data to track the progress and outcomes of initiatives, ensuring that all activities meet set objectives. Prepare detailed operational reports, including status updates, financial summaries, and impact assessments for internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Coordinate regular check-ins and updates with initiative owners to ensure projects are progressing as planned.

Process Management: Develop standardized procedures for funding administration, project tracking, and communication to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Regularly assess the operational aspects of initiatives and recommend adjustments for improved outcomes.
