Job Overview:
Entegris is seeking a sales operation specialist at Suwon office in Korea. The sales operation specialist will be responsible for orchestrating effective sales operations of Entegris with various customers in semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities:
Enable effective sales operation support by understanding the overall sales cycle from start to the end and required internal and external process
Process various requests on behalf of sales team through internal systems
Run sales report and maintain/develop existing reports in regular basis for effective sales performance and progression analysis
Assist sales team to have any troubleshooting in sales operation procedure
Support coordinating sales meetings & events
Provide administrative support for sales team
Manage up-to-date Entegris information customer portal sites
Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, Education, Experience)
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in MS office
Intermediate level of speaking and writing in English
Sales, sales support, or customer service experience is an advantage
