About the Role
The Specialist, Sales and Operations supports the organization by managing day-to-day sales reporting, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination. This role serves as a key interface between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and business visibility, ultimately contributing to revenue and profitability growth.
What You Will Do
Sales Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze and report sales data and KPIs.
- Identify issues from the analysis results and provide actionable insights to sales team.
- Analyze POS data including competitive data and provide insights to sales team
Sales Planning and Budget Management:
- Plan by account and by product category sales targets and monitor progress.
- Support Sales Reps/Account Manager to create by account Sales PxQ.
- Support Sales Reps/Account Manager to accomplish sales FCST accuracy
- Support Sales Operation/Admin Manager to fulfill discount/rebate requirements
S&OP management support
- Work with related functions, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment, accurate forecasting, and efficient workflows.
- Monitor our PSI (procurement, sell-in, and inventory) for inventory level optimization at SKU level
- Monitor customer PSI (purchase= our sell-in, sell-thru, and inventory) on a monthly basis for our sell-in planning
What You Need to Be Successful
- Strong Data-based analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Practical experience in business planning, or sales planning, or FP&A (3-5+ years).
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in foreign-affiliated company in Consumer Electronic or FMCG industries.
- The ability to work collaboratively with team members from diverse backgrounds.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
