Job Description
Risk Forum Management
- Manage all aspects of the IH2 Risk Forum, including Management Information (MI), content development, scheduling, and minutes preparation.
Key Risk and Control Self-Assessment (KRCSA) Programme Ownership
- Own and drive completion of the KRCSA programme.
- Provide advisory on control design and sampling methodology.
- Validate control testing results and ensure timely documentation.
Key Operational Risk Indicators (KORIs) & Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Maintain risk-appropriate KORIs and KRIs.
- Ensure indicators support effective management decision-making.
- Review thresholds, trends, and escalate deviations.
Birthright Access Matrix Governance
- Drive completion of birthright access reviews and recertification across departments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure governance alignment.
Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Drive compliance with TPRM and outsourcing requirements across engagement owners.
- Develop and maintain third-party risk dashboards for IH2 Risk Forum.
- Provide advisory on compliance, governance, and risk acceptance.
- Maintain Preliminary Assessment Template (PAT) records and related documentation.
Action Plan Governance
- Drive on-time closure of risk, audit, and compliance action plans.
- Report progress, track delays, and escalate issues as needed.
Related-Party Screening
- Perform screening as maker and document outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails.
Operational Risk Advisory
- Provide advisory for operational risk matters.
- Support stakeholders in understanding risk policies and control expectations.
Risk Culture & Training
- Conduct risk induction for new joiners.
- Train junior risk personnel.
- Promote risk awareness across IH2.
- Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks (KRCSA, KRI/KORI, incident management).
- Experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), outsourcing governance, and access governance.
- Ability to analyse risks, interpret controls, and propose improvements.
- Strong documentation and governance discipline.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced environments.
- 5–8 years of experience in Operational Risk, Governance, Audit, or Control functions.
- Exposure to financial services or regulated industries is preferred.
- Experience running or coordinating risk programmes across multiple functions.
