Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Specialist to support the Head of Marketing by managing workflow and project management office (PMO) activities. The Specialist will be responsible for streamlining marketing operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the effective execution of marketing projects aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize marketing workflow processes to improve efficiency and output quality.
  • Coordinate and track progress of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Head of Marketing and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and status reports to provide visibility to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and issues in marketing projects and escalate as necessary.
  • Support resource allocation and budgeting for marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for senior management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the marketing department.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, workflow coordination, or PMO support preferably within marketing or related functions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions.
  • Experience in the marketing industry or supporting marketing teams is a strong advantage.
