Position Summary

Decision-Making & Scope of Responsibility

  • Exercises independent judgment in coordinating assigned provider education and engagement activities.
  • Establishes project timelines and priorities for assigned work within established organizational goals.
  • Coordinates activities among physician leaders, operational teams, and support departments to ensure successful execution of provider engagement initiatives.
  • Identifies operational challenges and recommends process improvements to improve provider engagement and program effectiveness.
  • Independently prioritizes workload and manages multiple concurrent assignments while escalating strategic decisions to leadership.
  • Supports implementation of provider-facing organizational initiatives and integrations across assigned regions.

Organizational Impact

Supports provider education and engagement initiatives impacting physicians and advanced practice providers across one or more assigned regions. Through coordination of provider meetings, educational programs, and organizational integrations, this role contributes to physician alignment, provider engagement, operational readiness, and successful adoption of organizational initiatives.

Working Relationships & Degree of Autonomy

  • Functions under the general direction of the Director of Provider Education & Engagement.
  • Works collaboratively with physician leaders, regional leadership, operational leaders, Communications, Marketing, and other support departments.
  • Serves as the primary operational support for assigned regions, coordinating provider engagement activities while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Independently organizes and prioritizes assigned work while collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Responsibilities

Regional Provider Education & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary Provider Education & Engagement team member supporting one or more assigned regions.
  • Partner with physician and operational leaders to coordinate provider education and engagement activities.
  • Support regional provider engagement strategies through planning, communication, and operational coordination.
  • Build collaborative relationships with providers and regional leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Provider Meetings

  • Coordinate planning and execution of provider meetings, including POD meetings, Special PODs, leadership meetings, and provider engagement events.
  • Partner with physician leaders to develop agendas, educational materials, and meeting content.
  • Attend provider meetings to coordinate logistics, support presenters, facilitate meeting flow, and document follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate post-meeting communications and action items.

Integrations & Strategic Initiatives

  • Serve as a key team member supporting provider-facing organizational integrations, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate provider education and engagement activities during integrations, ensuring a consistent provider experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop implementation timelines, educational materials, and communication plans.
  • Track project milestones and assist with implementation across assigned regions.

Program Administration & Analytics

  • Coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) administration and provider education logistics.
  • Develop presentations, reports, dashboards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and provider communications.
  • Monitor provider engagement metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Recommend operational improvements based on program performance and provider feedback.

Compensation Range:

$22.99

to

$34.49

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
