Role Summary:

Reporting into the Manager, Project Management, this individual will own overall development and management of project plans of omni-channel project plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Marketing channels include but are not limited to direct mail, newspaper, signage, email, site content, display, social (paid & organic) and affiliate.

Role Description:

  • Create and maintain project schedules for all assets from brief through final asset delivery, and communicate any changes as they arise

  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., price management, IT, promotions) to gather requirements, manage schedule and coordinate go-live activities for promotional events

  • Ensure briefs are completed correctly and adequately before commencement of work, and work with teams to gather required information if missing

  • Initiate and lead standing and ad hoc meetings needed for alignment and execution, which includes creating and communicating agendas beforehand as well as recapping notes and next steps afterward

  • Actively monitor project status and proactively communicate and address any challenges that put a project at risk

  • Resolve obstacles and manage change requests as they arise, working with cross-functional colleagues to adjust timelines, project scope and/or resources as needed

  • Ensure stakeholder feedback is actioned on a timely basis and that final deliverables meet project requirements

  • Conduct project retrospectives with teams as needed

  • Proactively recommend and advocate for solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of processes

  • Communicate any process changes, tool updates, training and timing for implementation as required

Key Qualifications:

Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2+ years of relevant experience (agency operations experience a plus)

  • Resourceful self-starter and solution-seeker who demonstrates a high level of initiative and intellectual curiosity

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build great working relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners

  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently

  • Open-minded and fast learner who responds enthusiastically to change and opportunity, and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing business needs

  • Owner-operator who takes full responsibility of projects and tasks and can be relied upon to meet deadlines

  • Team player who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to ensure flawless execution

  • Exceptional organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Solid understanding of customer needs and willingness to always place the customer first (both internal and external)

  • Preferred Qualifications (nice to haves):

  • Familiarity with Adobe creative applications and Wrike is a plus

  • Familiarity with Adobe creative applications and Wrike is a plus

  • Familiarity with web technologies and content management systems

  • Knowledge of digital media project workflow, processes, and best practices

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, GSuite, collaboration tools, workflow management tools
